Helping you maintain your balance

Physical activity will combat stress, increase your energy level, improve your attitude, help manage your weight, and make it easier to cope with your normal activities.  The YMCA has always recognized the benefits of exercise.  Stop by and see how our wellness staff can help you get more physically active and live a healthier life.

  • All classes run in five week sessions and are offered twice a week unless otherwise noted.
  • Registration is held Monday-Saturday the week before the new session starts.
